An overwhelming 70.83 percent of people responding to our recent poll said they wash their collector cars the old-fashioned way, with a bucket and sponge.
Another 21.53 percent said they use modern “waterless” cleaners.
However, nearly 5 percent — 4.86 — admitted they simply drive their classic through an automated neighborhood car wash. Another 2.78 percent pay someone to detail their classic.
