-

In conjunction with the Devitt MCN Ally Pally show and supersprint in England’s Alexandra Palace, Bonhams will stage a single-consignor auction featuring 74 motorcycles.

The bikes come from the Roberto Anelli Collection and include the 1973 MV Agusta 500/3 Grand Prix racer ridden by Giacomo Agostini, who won seven consecutive world championships from 1966-1972. Agostini retired with 122 Grand Prix victories and 15 world championships.

Bonhams expects the motorcycle to sell for £250,000 to £350,000 ($320,000 to $450,000).
