Featured on AutoHunterthe online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a 1967 Mercury Cougar.

Repainted in factory Inverness Green, this Cougar has a black vinyl roof cover, hideaway headlights and extensive brightwork. It rides on 14-inch chrome American Racing wheels with radial tires.

“Inside, this Cougar is outfitted with black vinyl front and rear bench seats with lap belts, matching door panels with armrests, and a black dashboard with an aftermarket carpeted cover,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “Amenities include power steering, power disc brakes, and a Sony audio head unit.”

Under the hood is a 289ci V8 engine that’s paired with a Select-Shift Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission. The fan shroud, windshield washer reservoir and tubing, and upper radiator hose were replaced by the current owner.

The sale includes a clear Colorado title in the seller’s name, Marti Report, maintenance and repair paperwork, owner’s manual, and the uninstalled original wheels and hubcaps.  

This Mercury Cougar’s auction ends on April 08, 2022, at 12:20 p.m. (PDT).
