The Goodguys 12th FiTech Fuel Injection Spring Nationals provided collector car fans around Phoenix the perfect opportunity to share their collective passion. Held at WestWorld of Scottsdale, the three-day car show gave attendees muscle cars, vintage hot rods, modern classics and everything in between on proper display.
Extensive offering by vendors for parts, collectibles and decorations were available throughout the venue and the swap meet gave shoppers a chance to dive into new automotive finds.
A car show would be nothing without competition and awards. With numerous event awards being given Mac Caldwell’s 1955 Chevy Sedan Delivery was named a 2022 Custom Rod of the Year Finalist, and Gord Martin’s 1970 Buick GSX was selected a 2022 Muscle Car of the Finalist. The Goodguys Staff Pick was awarded to Ken Fabozzi’s 1964 Chevelle 66 and Les Height’s 1940 Ford Deluxe was selected as the Goodguys Feature Pick.
The Goodguys CPP AutoCross Series continued at 12th FiTech Fuel Injection Spring Nationals with Wes Drelleshak piloting a 1965 Shelby Daytona replica to a Pro X Class victory and Eric Sheely drove a 1972 Chevrolet Corvette to a Pro Class win.
Goodguys is holding their 38th All American Get-Together this weekend at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.
