Up for auction on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a 1970 Plymouth Road Runner.

“This Road Runner two-door hardtop from that year was rotisserie-restored and repainted in Lime Light (FJ5) with a black accent hood stripe,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “The body features an Argent silver grille and all exterior brightwork trim has been polished, rechromed, or replaced.” 

It features a refurbished interior with white vinyl bench seats from Legendary Auto, with seats belts and new cushions.

Under the hood is a 440ci V8 6-barrel engine paired with a numbers-matching A-833 4-speed manual transmission featuring a pistol-grip shifter and a Dana 60 rear end with 4.10 Sure Grip gearing. This Mopar has date-correct, factory-spec parts including the exhaust manifold, valve covers and dual exhaust system.

It rides on silver 15-inch Rally wheels with restored center caps and beauty ring wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.

This Road Runner’s auction ends on January 28, 2022, at 12:45 p.m. MST.

The sale includes a clear title in the dealer’s name.
