“Power is generated by a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 with a dry-sump oiling system. Its official output is 641 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “Sent to the road through a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, those figures enable the 650S Spider to reach 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 204 mph.”
With only 3,024 miles on its odometer, this McLaren 650S Spider is finished in black with a matching power-retractable hardtop that can be stored away in less than 17-seconds. The exterior has been treated with a ceramic coating intended to provide nine-years of protection and the mid-mounted engine is visible through a transparent engine cover.
A unique feature of the McLaren 650S is the presence dihedral doors that swing out for the driver and passenger to enter the cockpit.
The McLaren’s black interior features leather bucket seats, Meridian audio system, full-length center console with a touch screen, and paddle shifters behind the steering wheel control the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
This McLaren’s auction ends on December 11 at 4:28 p.m. MST and the sale includes documentation, window sticker, and ceramic coating records.
