Vintage trucks and tractors highlight Gone Farmin’ docket

Mecum ag-oriented auction scheduled for November 19-21 in Davenport, Iowa

More than 100 vintage trucks, more than 500 vintage tractors and 2,000 lots of “Road Art” are on the docket November 19-21 for Mecum’s Gone Farmin’ Fall Premier auction at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds in Davenport, Iowa.

Featured tractors include a restored Ford 8N, a 1974 International 1468, a 1977 John Deere 4430 and a Little Bull half-scale replica.

Tractors have been consigned from 12 private collections, including 10 Farmalls from the Wayne Seifert Collection, 11 John Deeres from the Cullimore Collection, and half a dozen tractors, including 4 Internationals, from the Barn Creek Collection.

Among top trucks on the docket are a 1913 Cadillac fire truck, a 1979 Ford Ranger F250 and a 1984 Chevrolet K20 ¾-ton, according to Mecum Auctions.
