The coronavirus pandemic is having a major impact on automotive events, many of which are being canceled or postponed. Here are the latest announcements:

  • Although the 78th Goodwood Members’ Meeting, originally scheduled for this weekend, has been postponed, Goodwood Road Racing Club will instead offer 16 hours of online streaming featuring 17 races from previous Members’ Meetings during the past six years, as well as special demonstrations featuring McLaren F1 GTRs and other vehicles.

In addition, there will be a running live blog with entry lists and more.

The shows will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Greenwich time) on March 28 and again on March 29.

The club plans to livestream on its own website as well as on its Facebook and YouTube pages.

  • Italian tire company Pirelli has canceled production of its annual and acclaimed Pirelli Calendar for 2021 and instead is donating £100,000 (nearly $110,000) toward research and combat of the coronavirus.
  • Keels & Wheels Concours d’Elegance has been postponed until October 17-18.
  • The 2020 Cincinnati Concours d’Elegance has been canceled but has announced its date for 2021 — June 14.
