Dream Drive: Hagerty offers Factory Five Daytona Coupe for the trip

Contest winner will drive coastal road from SF to LA in 2021

Hopefully the coronavirus will be a thing of the past by the time someone wins the “Dream Drive” contest being staged by DriveShare by Hagerty.

The contest runs through January 31, 2021, and the winner is scheduled to receive a 4-day, 3-night road trip down California’s famed Highway 1 from San Francisco to Los Angeles in a Factory Five version of the famed Shelby Daytona Coupe.

The coupe is scheduled to be on display at several concours d’elegance this year, and also at Arizona Auction Week 2021.

DriveShare is Hagerty’s peer-to-peer car-sharing program in which people who own collector vehicles can rent them out. The program includes more than 4,000 vehicles, which are available through the DriveShare website.

The contest winner will do his or her drive along Highway 1 in a Factory Five Daytona Coupe owned by Hagerty. The trip must be completed by January 31, 2022.

Entrants must be 25 years of age or older and must submit their answer to this question: “What is your Dream Drive?”

Entries can be submitted to a special website or by mail or by scanning the QR code on Hagerty’s Daytona Coupe. Mail entries should be sent to:

Hagerty Dream Drive Promotion, Attn: Tara Hurlin, PO Box 1303, Traverse City MI 49684.
