Goodwood offers two new driving experiences for 2019

-

Goodwood House, home of events including the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival, will launch two new driving experiences in 2019.

The Goodwood Revival Racing Experience will put participants into 1950s and ‘60s classics that have been restored to their original racing specification for laps around the motor circuit.

The program, which costs £595 ($750), includes a driver’s briefing and grid walk, driving four cars from the fleet for a total of 12 laps around the circuit, a video of your experience and either breakfast or high-tea and lunch.

Also being offered for the first time is the Goodwood Off-Road Experience. For £220 ($280), participants will receive a driver’s briefing and vehicle introduction, including instructor advice on vehicle control and obstacle handling before embarking on a 60-minute drive on the estate’s off-road track in a 1960s-vintage Land Rover. The price includes coffee, tea and “homemade” cookies.

For details on these and other Goodwood driving experiences, see the Goodwood website.
