Road trippin’, Formula One style drive across the country

-

Summer is the season for road trips, and apparently that also applies to those racing on the Formula One series.

With a break in the racing scheduled, Red Bull Racing teammates Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo — and their pit crews — did an American cross-country road trip, San Francisco to Miami Beach, with a few stops along the way.

Oh, and part of the drive was done on public roads in their Formula One racing cars.

The F1 portion of the trip was documented by acclaimed American videographer and Porsche collector and racer Jeff Zwart and by Nicholas Schrunk and the Red Bull video production team. The Round Two video has just been released.

Oh, and if you didn’t already get to see the Round One video, here it is — and it explains why Ricciardo was late arriving in Miami Beach.
