Street rodders select Memphis award winners

We recently shared photos of the “Pro’s Picks” at the National Street Rod Association’s Street Rod Nationals South in Chilhowee Park & Expo Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. Here are some additional award winners from that event, which was staged in the NSRA’s hometown:

The “Ford in a Ford” trophy went to a 1976 F-100 pickup owned by Chris and Steve Donaldson.

The “FAST” trophy, given in conjunction with the Fuel Air Spark Technology company, went to a 1934 Nash owned by Billy Dawson.

An “Outstanding Use of Color” award went to a 1950 Ford convertible owned by Dale & Jackie Dense.

A former daily newspaper sports editor, Larry Edsall spent a dozen years as an editor at AutoWeek magazine before making the transition to writing for the web and becoming the author of more than 15 automotive books.
