The Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, has opened part of its gleaming collection of vintage vehicles for public sale and they are backed by the museum’s expert technicians for condition and provenance.

The available Mercedes-Benz cars range from a restored 1929 Type 630 Kompressor, the oldest car being offered, to the newest, an E320 convertible made in 1995 with 31,000 miles showing. The for-sale vehicles fall under the name All Time Stars and, according to the museum, the focus is on cars “suitable for everyday driving.”

Not all of them are streetable, however, such as the exotic 1998 CLK LM endurance race car that would be more suitable for vintage racing.

“The All Time Stars by Mercedes-Benz aim to extend the brand’s extensive quality commitment to the purchase of classic cars,” the museum says in a news release.

The cars are grouped into three categories: Premium Edition, for rare, fully restored cars; Collectors Edition, mostly unrestored cars that are in good condition with some patina; and Drivers Edition, cars that are ready to drive but could use some restoration.
