Carlisle Events heads to Florida after Fall event in Pennsylvania

-

Carlisle Events wrapped up its 2019 Pennsylvania calendar this past week with a 5-day Fall Carlisle gathering at the fairgrounds in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Activities included a car corral, an auction and a variety of vendor booths.

While the corral included more than 1,000 vehicles, the auction featured more than 500 consignments and posted $3.6 million in sales with a 50 percent sell-through rate.

The highest price paid was $88,810 for a 1986 Ferrari Testarossa. A 1966 Chevrolet Corvette brought $78,300.

Carlisle Events now moves to Sarasota, Florida, for a new, 2-day Sunset-Carlisle auction scheduled for November 8-9 with more than 400 vehicles already consigned.

An indoor “Auto Mania” event takes place January 17-19 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, followed by the Winter Autofest, which includes an auction, February 22-24 in Lakeland, Florida.
