The coronavirus pandemic is having a major impact on automotive events, many of which are being canceled or postponed. The latest are:

The Philly concours annually raises money for a children’s charity.
  • Philadelphia Concours d’Elegance canceled (event was scheduled for April 24-25 at the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum and has been a major fund-raiser for the Cools Cars for Kids, which provides help and hope for children born with rare genetic diagnoses.
  • The Quail Motorcycle Gathering, scheduled for May 15-16, canceled
  • National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park, suspension of all events until April 6
  • Historic Sportscar Racing has canceled the Spring Fling at Sebring International Raceway
  • Trans Am Series race at Road Atlanta, canceled
  • Vicari Auction at Biloxi Crawfish Fest, canceled
  • Closure of the Imperial War Museum in Duxford, England, means that the H&H Classics collector car auction March 18 will be held online
  • Ford and Volkswagen have temporarily suspended vehicle production in Europe
  • MAG collector car auction in Peoria, Arizona, canceled
  • Buffalo Motorama canceled
  • Saratoga Automobile Museum closed
  • Muscle Car City car show canceled
  • Bicester Heritage April Scramble postponed
