The 1971 De Tomaso Pantera is an interesting sports car with mixed roots. The Pantera features a beautiful Italian designed body that holds an American 5.8-liter V8 supplied by Ford. The Pantera came as a replacement to the Mangusta and was sold at Lincoln/Mercury dealers in the U.S.
The Pantera was produced from 1971-1992 and competed in several different racing classes.
