Question of the Day: Do you like SUVs?

Happy Tuesday! Hopefully the week is treating you well and the Question of the Day can have some polarizing opinions.

So dear readers, Do you like SUVs?

Vote and give us your take in the comments section. Like my high school history teacher always told me, “There are no wrong answers.”

My take? Not really. I’ve owned one, and it was convenient for hauling stuff and family trips, but was super boring to drive. It was a 2002 Chevrolet Blazer and I was terrified that it would tip over if I took a turn at more than 20 mph.

  1. Yes. Have the original hated SUV. Mercedes G Wagon. Say what you will. Once you start driving
one you are hooked !! On my 4th one. Even had a 65.

  2. I prefer the old station wagons – capacious, attractive, well-engineered.

A friend of mine had a BMW X5, which was not roomy enough for my taste.

  3. Compromised vehicles, copycat engineering, lots of cheap electronics and expensive to repair. Prefer luxury sport and performance cars.

  4. My first SUV was a 2001 Dodge Durango. It was the coolest looking SUV up to that point and if you can find one in good condition it’s still very nice looking.

  5. I luv my 2001 Toyota 4wd 4runner 360k miles later no problems. Easy to service, parts are available. Comfort and durable
