It’s a brand associated with street performance, style, and victory on the racetrack.

So dear readers, what is your favorite Porsche?

Give us your take in the comments section. Like my high school history teacher always told me, “There are no wrong answers.”

My Take?

The 914 has always had a special place in my heart. I couldn’t tell you why, but it’s probably based on aesthetics.

  1. The Porsche 904 Carrera GTS… Beautiful, fast, nimble… Very high on the “want list.”
As for “everyday” Porsches, I’d have to go with the 87-88 Porsche Carrera coupe (G50 car). These are among the best and most reliable Porsche’s ever built! They do it all well!

  2. I like the 914/6, and the ’70’s “whale tail not tea tray” Carreras with the side billboard script, but my all time favorite is the real deal 2.7 Carrera RS, with the “ducktail”.
