Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is this 1962 Chevrolet Corvette.

This Corvette convertible was refinished in white in 2012 under previous ownership. It features quad headlights and taillights, and a body-color removable hardtop.

It rides on 18-inch chrome Boss wheels wrapped in tires with black sidewall lettering.

“The bucket seats and matching door panels are upholstered in red vinyl,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “Features include red carpeting, a floor-mounted Hurst 4-speed manual transmission shifter, a red dashboard, an aftermarket stereo head unit, and a 4-spoke aluminum steering wheel with a red leather grip.

Under the hood is a 1981 350ci Chevrolet V8 engine with a rebuilt 4-barrel carburetor, an aluminum open-element air cleaner, and aluminum valve covers. The engine is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission featuring a Hurst shifter. The manual brakes have been upgraded to disc brakes at both ends and equipped with new pads, calipers, and dust shields.

The sale includes a clear Texas title, the removed convertible top frame and receipts.
