In the latest episode of “The Drive with Alan Taylor”, Taylor welcomes automotive journalist Steven Cole Smith and they discuss the Miami Grand Prix. Steven goes on to share that Formula 1 is now more popular than ever, especially after the Netflix series that was released this year. He also got to ride in the new 2022 Ford F150 Lightning, and claims it is an amazing vehicle with a 325 mile range and a 10,000 pound towing capacity.
Up next, long time friend BJ Killeen, automotive journalist and voice of reason, also got to drive the new 2022 Ford F150 Lightning. She claims that this vehicle is unstoppable with 452 bhp, but notes it isn’t cheap.
Cooper Breus joins Alan next. Breus is a Gen Z car enthusiast and creator of Track Agent. He believes his generation is the last one to appreciate gas powered vehicles before electric vehicles take over.
Closing the show with Alan is automotive journalist George Kennedy. Alan and George are test driving the new 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness. It’s got a 4 cylinder dual overhead cam, 2.4 turbocharged boxer engine with 260 horsepower and can tow 3500 pounds.
