Restored and repainted in 2015

-

Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is this 1960 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Turismo Internazionale.

“This Giulietta saloon from 1960 comes in Turismo Internationale trim and was restored and repainted in 2015,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “Exterior accents include chrome bumpers with guards, a three-piece grille, and bright window surrounds.”

The interior is reupholstered with blue vinyl and gray cloth bench seats. It features matching door panels, and a blue dashboard with a black top pad.

It’s powered by a 1.3-liter twin-cam inline-four engine with a rebuilt twin-choke carburetor. Maintenance history under the seller’s ownership includes a rebuilt starter and water pump, and a newer stainless-steel exhaust system was installed. The fuel system was cleaned and flushed along with the installation of a new filter, fuel tank, and sending unit.

The engine is paired with a column-shifted 4-speed manual transmission that sends power to the rear wheels. It rides on Borrani 15-inch steel wheels with 175/65-series Dunlop SP4 tires. The wheel cylinders, hubs, and wheel bearings have also been replaced. The braking system has new drums, lines and hoses.

The sale includes a clear Florida title, Automobile Club D’italia certification, and documentation.

This Alfa Romeo’s auction ends on May 12, 2022, at 12:20 p.m. (PDT).
