Featured on AutoHunterthe online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a 1949 Packard Station Sedan.

“This Packard was refinished in Sylvan Green, with Northern Maple Wood exterior trim during the 20-year-old cosmetic restoration,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “Features include horizontal bar grill, Cormorant hood ornament, body color rear wheel skirts, chrome front and rear bumpers, and reverse lights.”

The front and rear bench seats are upholstered in tan vinyl with cloth inserts, and the tan vinyl carries on to the door panels. This Packard has a fold-down rear seat with wood backing, rear cargo area and tailgate.

Under the hood is a 288ci inline-8 engine paired with a column-shifted 3-speed manual transmission.

It rides on the original Packard steel wheels refinished in green with chrome center caps and trim rings. The wheels are wrapped in Silvertown white-wall tires.

This Packard’s auction ends on April 21, 2022, at 12:20 p.m. (PDT).

The sale includes a clear Illinois title in the seller’s name.
