Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is 1963 Chevrolet Corvette convertible

“The second-generation Corvette had a fiberglass body and was offered in two-door coupe and convertible configurations,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “Under previous ownership, this Corvette drop-top from that initial year was treated to a restoration with an emphasis on factory-specification finishes and equipment. The body was repainted correct Silver Blue and capped off with a replacement black retractable top.” 

It features a black interior with reupholstered vinyl bucket seats, a vertically mounted AM/FM push button radio, and an analog clock.

This Corvette rides on steel 15-inch wheels with full covers and knock-off spinner caps and a set of Firestone thin-whitewall tires. The suspension has a front and rear fully independent set up with drum brakes. 

Under the hood is a 327ci Turbo-Fire V8 engine with a factory-rated 250 horsepower. The engine is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission.

The sale includes a clear Kansas title, and documentation.
