Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 428 Cobra Jet.

“This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 was built on December 19, 1968 in Ford’s San Jose, California factory with power steering and power front disc brakes and sold on January 2, 1969 through Jones Minto Ford Sales in Burlingame, California,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “Under previous ownership, it underwent a restoration that was completed approximately 15 years ago.” 

Under the shaker hood scoop is a Cobra Jet 428ci V8 engine with a correct 4-barrel carburetor and the engine is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. 

The red exterior features black and yellow side stripes, black rear windshield louvers, and Ram Air with a shaker hood scoop. 

It rides on 14-inch Magnum 500-style wheels wrapped in Firestone Wide Oval tires with white sidewall lettering.

The interior features black vinyl front bucket seats, fold-down rear bench seats, a center console, and a black dual-cowl dashboard with matching trim. 

This Mach 1 is available from a Canadian seller with a clear title and the sale includes a Marti Report, documentation, and restoration process photos.
