Up for auction on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a 1941 Chevrolet Pickup

“Finished in black, this AK-series pickup features body-color running boards, shaved door handles, wood bed slats, and brightwork for the headlight rings, waterfall-style chrome grille, and dual side mirrors,” AutoHunter notes int he listing. “The headlights were changed out for aftermarket units with built-in turn signals and the taillights were set in the rear roll pan.” 

Under the hood is an LS1 5.7-liter V8 engine that was installed under the previous ownership by Street & Performance in Mena, Arkansas. The engine is paired with a column-shifted 4-speed automatic transmission.

The interior was upgraded in 2016 with two-tone tan and brown bucket seats with a center console. A Vintage Air air conditioning system and an iPod hookup provide comfort for the driver and passenger. 

The truck rides on aftermarket 5-spoke 17-inch American Racing Equipment wheels with low-profile Nitto tires. An adjustable air ride suspension, power steering, and 4-wheel disc brakes were installed.
