Each year, Neiman Marcus releases its list of “Fantasy Gifts,” a group of seven luxurious items anyone would be thrilled to receive for the holidays. This year, Barrett-Jackson has teamed with the high-end department store to design a custom edition of the world’s first fully electric super truck – the Hummer EV Edition 1.
Designed for the “forward-thinking explorer,” Neiman Marcus states, this one-of-one Hummer EV features a custom interior curated by Barrett-Jackson chairman and chief executive Craig Jackson with two-tone leather seats with anodized metal accents and a bespoke steering wheel.
“It’s an honor to be part of the Neiman Marcus legacy with this year’s Fantasy Gifts,” Jackson is quoted in a news release. “Barrett-Jackson is more than just a world-class collector car auction company, but also an unparalleled automotive lifestyle brand with incredible partners like General Motors.
“We’re excited to offer this extraordinary Fantasy Gift as we lead into our 2022 Scottsdale Auction, where we will celebrate 50 years of the world’s greatest collector car auctions.”
The buyer of the Barrett-Jackson Hummer EV Edition 1 will get VIP treatment for two at the upcoming 20222 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction scheduled for January 22-30, including access to Jackson’s personal skybox and the opportunity to drop the gavel on the auction block.
The Hummer EV Edition 1 is equipped with the Extreme Off-Road Package, Crab Walk mode and the new Watts to Freedom feature that accelerates the vehicle to 60 mph in just three seconds.
The vehicle is finished in a sleek white paint and features transparent sky panels that create an “immersive open-air experience,” GMC notes on its website.
Included in the sale is an electric charging station that comes with professional installation and with delivery of the vehicle provided by Reliable Carriers. The buyer also gets a priority parking spot at their preferred Neiman Marcus store.
In Barrett-Jackson’s tradition of giving back to those in need, with the purchase of the vehicle the auction house will donate $10,000 to The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation.
The retail price for this custom Barrett-Jackson Hummer EV Edition 1 is $285,000.
