Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a 2002 Honda S2000. This unmodified roadster has been driven just 47,920 since new.
“Launching for model year 2000, the first iteration of the S2000 roadster rode on a chassis called the AP1, leveraging a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout,” the auction site states on the car’s listing.

This 2002 model example is finished in Suzuka Blue Metallic that’s contrasted by a black vinyl power-retractable convertible top. The top features a glass rear window which was a new addition for this model year.
The interior has chrome S2000 badging while the car has chrome inner taillight rings, a trunk- mounted LED third brake lamp, and dual polished exhaust outlets.
The all-blue interior houses power-operated leather bucket seats, an upgraded AM/FM/CD radio with separate tweeters, and a leather-wrapped shift knob.
“Amenities include push-button start, aluminum pedals, air conditioning, cruise control, power convenience options, two-speed intermittent windshield wipers, and a rear window defroster,” the ad says.
Power comes from a F20C 2.0-liter dual-overhead camshaft inline-4 connected to a 6speed manual transmission with a Torsen limited-slip differential.
This roadster’s auction ends July 19 at 11:20 a.m. PDT.
