Today’s AutoHunter Spotlight is on a 1993 Land Rover Defender crew crab that received a frame-off restoration in which the vehicle received all-new body panels and numerous upgrades in the interior.
Along with the replacement of the body panels, including the bulkhead, doors, roof, windows, fender flares and front grille, a new Winch bumper was added to the front end.
Other exterior addons include a roll bar fitted at the rear with an external step, front-end fender protectors with KBX air intakes and running boards on both sides.
The all-black interior houses new seats, carpeting, headliner and steering wheel.
Power comes from an overhauled 2.5-liter diesel inline-four mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and dual-range four-wheel-drive transfer case.
This Defender crew cab’s auction ends June 24 at 11:20 a.m. PDT.
