Bentley starts ‘em early with trike and balance bike

New Bentley Balance Bike joins children’s product lineup

Bentley believes in the car-guy’s suggestion to start ‘em while they’re young, especially when it involves Bentley-branded wheeled devices.

The Bentley 6-in-1 Trike is a £395 3-wheeler that transforms from a stroller into a tricycle with various modes in between.

And for those youngsters ready to graduate from 3 wheels to just 2, Bentley now offers the Bentley Balance Bike, designed so those aged 3 and older “can now travel and explore on the pedal-less bike, teaching balance and building confidence for future adventures.”

Bentley points out that “the Balance Bike has been conceived with the same meticulous attention to detail and style as Bentley Motors’ designs.”

Thus, it has diamond-quilted handlebars that “echo the luxury detailing found in Bentley cars.” Details also include a safety locking brake system “not available on many other balance bikes on the market.”

The bike’s frame is made from magnesium alloy and is designed to carry riders up to 35 pounds. The bike rides on 12-inch aluminum wheels.

The seat is adjustable and is made from “eco-leather” with a Bentley-styled carbon fiber-inspired pattern.

The bikes are priced at £450 ($640) and are available in 4 colors.
