Has Carlisle Truck Nationals gone to the dogs?

Well, there were these frisbee-catching pooches…

-

More than a century of the evolution of the truck was on display this past weekend at the annual Carlisle Truck Nationals at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in Pennsylvania.

But it was more than trucks that provided a family friendly atmosphere this year, with the trucks sharing the spotlight with Dialed Action Sports mountain bike stunt shows and with Lawrence Frederick and his Disc-Connected K9s performance by frisbee-catching dogs.

Also featured this year was a display of vintage fire equipment. Other highlights included a limbo contest and a big-rig light show after dark.

How low can it go?

Next up for Carlisle Events is the annual Import & Performance Nationals, August 14-16.
