“Guess the State from the Plate” is the name of a new interactive license-plate game from the Vanarama vehicle-leasing website as a way to test your knowledge during the stay-at-home pandemic.

“The USA has some of the most interesting registration plates in the world,” according to the game promoters. “Every state has one of their own, celebrating what makes each region of North America so diverse and fascinating.”

The game is playable online in a dynamic mode that presents a group of plates and asks the player to match one with a certain state.  The selections are randomized so that each attempt at the quiz turns up a new group of states.
