A pair of Ford GTs and a trio of Chevrolet Corvettes, including a 1963 split-window 327/4 speed, headline the docket for Mecum Auctions’ 26th yearly visit to Kansas City, Missouri. The auction is scheduled for December 5-7 in the Kansas City Convention Center.
Mecum expects to offer a docket of 700 collector cars to bidders at the sale, the company said.
Leading those consignments are the pair of Ford GTs and the Corvette trio.
The GTs are a 2005 in white with blue stripes and a 2006 in Heritage Edition colors.
The Corvettes include the 1963 split-window coupe. The Ermine White car with red interior has a fuel-injected 360 horsepower small-block V8 linked to a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission.
Also on the docket are a 1964 Corvette, red on red, with the 327/4-speed combination and a 1967 convertible with a 427 L71 engine and driven only 29,000 miles since new. The ’67 still rides on its original Firestone redline tires.
