Barrett-Jackson countdown: Custom 1967 Dodge Power Wagon pickup

-

Editor’s note: The ClassicCars.com Journal will be covering all of the action during Arizona Auction Week in Scottsdale, Arizona. Check out our other coverage here.

With only 944 built, this 1967 Dodge Power Wagon on offer at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale is a limited find.

This Power Wagon is far from original and has been fully customized to be an everyday driver.

It has been completely disassembled and sandblasted. The rebuild process was started by powder-coating the frame and axles, as well as the installation of four-wheel power disc brakes. The cab and box have been customized as well by smoothing out the body lines.

Custom LED taillights and headlights have also been installed.

It features custom gauges and interior, and a JVC Bluetooth sound system. It has all-new tinted glass and the bed features a dark stained oak, which complements the Destroyer Gray exterior.

It rides on 37-inch tires mounted on custom 17-inch bronze wheels. A stainless-steel fuel tank feeds the 3.9-liter Cummins diesel engine, which is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission.

This Power Wagon also features custom bumpers with an attached 12,000-pound Rough Country winch.

  1. ’67 Power Wagon? Common, you know your autos (or at least I hope you folks do) better than this suggests. This vehicle is a ’47 Power Wagon
