A 1933 Ford roadster with an all-steel American Speed body on a custom Roadster Shop chassis will be offered at the upcoming Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale.
This roadster is powered by a Ford 347/450hp crate engine wearing a fully polished Inglese 8-stack injection system, mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. It’s equipped with C Cook custom valve covers, Heidts fully polished SuperRide independent rear suspension with 3.73 gears, Super Bell dropped front axles, Pete & Jake spindles, Wilwood brakes with 11-inch rotors and Savini/Boyd custom wheels.
The Italian leather interior features Vintage Air, a Secret Audio sound system and Classic Instruments gauges. This Ford has only test miles since its completion.
It is a multiple ISCA show-winner, including Best Pre ’35 at the 2015 Detroit Autorama, and was the subject of an August 2015 Street Rodder magazine feature.
