In conjunction with the London Classic Car Show and the London International Motorcycle Show this weekend, Coys again is staging auctions of two- and four-wheeled vehicles at London’s ExCeL The motorcycle sale includes a bike formerly owned by actor Brad Pitt.
In its second year, the Coys collector car auction with Historic Motorsports International features competition and sports cars. Featured vehicles include a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette that raced in the Pironi and V de V championships, a 1984 Ferrari 512 BBi, a 1988 Lamborghini Countach 5000 QV, and one of three 1959 MG Milanos.
With the MCN Carole Nash London International Motorcycle Show, Coys will offer a 2009 Triumph Bonneville Bud Ekins Desert Scrambler Special formerly owned by Pitt. The bike is one of only three produced. The bike has a gas cap engraved with a birthday message from Ocean’s Eleven producer Jerry Weintraub, who gave the bike to Pitt.
