Hagerty offers Arizona auction coverage, car by car as they cross block

-

So, you want to follow the play-by-play of the various collector car auctions taking place this week, but you can’t get to Arizona, or even if you do, you can’t be in multiple places at the same time.

Well, Hagerty, the insurance and vehicle valuation-tracking company, has a solution, at least for those of you with iOS software on your iPhone or iPad.

Hagerty has launched a free “Insider App” that provides the sales price for every vehicle as it leaves the auction block at each of the venues. When available, it also provides the pre-auction estimated value of the car, VIN, body style and engine.

“When I’ve been at auctions in the past, this is exactly the kind of information I wished I had in the palm of my hand,” McKeel Hagerty, Hagerty’s chief executive, said in a news release. “This real-time, modern approach also increases car value transparency in the market, which is always a good thing.”

The company said that it will add soon other functions to the app, which also will be available soon on Android operation software.

To download the app, go to the Apple app store or visit Hagerty’s website for more information.
