-

Classic vehicles from Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Duesenberg and Cord are among the early consignments for Worldwide Auctioneers’ second Scottsdale sale, scheduled for January 17, 2018, the auction house has announced.

“We enjoyed a fantastic debut in Scottsdale this year and are altogether committed to building on that success in 2018 and continuing to offer our customers a world-class selection of cars, first-rate personal service and a dynamic and wholly expert alternative in the market next year and well into the future,” Rod Egan, Worldwide co-owner and chief auctioneer, said in a news release.

Topping the early docket are three pre-war classics and a 1966 Rolls-Royce Silver cloud III drophead coupe with Mulliner Park Ward coachwork.

The pre-war cars are a 1938 Mercedes-Benz 320 Cabriolet A, a 1923 Duesenberg Model A Sport Touring still with its original chassis, body and engine, and a 1931 Cord L-29 cabriolet.

The sale again will take place at a location in south Scottsdale at the northeast corner of McDowell Road and N. 64th Street. For more information, visit the Worldwide website.
