Street Rodders list Louisville event award winners


1941 Willys coupe among ‘best use of color’ winners |NSRA photos

The National Street Rod Association has announced award winners from the recent Street Rod Nationals held at Louisville, Kentucky. Awards include “Outstanding Use of Color,” from Fuel Air Spark Technology, the FAST Revolution Award, and the “Pro’s Picks.”

Pro’s Picks honors went to Ron Parsons’ 1967 Chevrolet C10, Sonny & Debbie Fredman’s 1967 Chevrolet Corvette, Roger a& Jenny Vagg’s 1932 Fod, Jack Shepard’s 1961 Corvette, Carol Killkeary’s 1961 Volkswagen Beetle, Terry Milner’s 1966 Ford Mustang, Gary Corkell’s 1932 Ford roadster, Chad Adams’ 1932 Ford, Sally & Harold Michael’s 1964 Corvette, Eric Manlove’s 1965 Mustang, Vic Labantschnig’s 1955 Chevrolet Nomad and John Rogers’ 1950 Cadillac.

Larry Edsall
A former daily newspaper sports editor, Larry Edsall spent a dozen years as an editor at AutoWeek magazine before making the transition to writing for the web and becoming the author of more than 15 automotive books. In addition to being founding editor at ClassicCars.com, Larry has written for The New York Times and The Detroit News and was an adjunct honors professor at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.
