According to the organizers, the Highland 1000 starts and ends in Falkirk, Scotland, “home of the unique Falkirk Wheel, and winds its way through some of Scotland’s finest scenery, taking in much of the famed North Coast 500.”

The event will include six classes, for cars dating from 1920 through 1980, as well as a Touring group for those who prefer not to enter the competitive stages of the event.

The Pyrenees 1000 will follow a similar format, Bespoke Rallies said, starting and ending in Pamplona, known for its running of the bulls, and will travel into France, Andorra and spend a night near the fortified town of Pau.
