Editor’s note: This is the seventh in a 10-day sponsored series featuring cars to be sold April 6-8 during Barrett-Jackson’s Palm Beach auction.

Offered with a reserve during the Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach auction, this one-of-a-kind resto-mod Chevrolet Corvette comes equipped with a new GM high-performance LS3 500-horsepower engine and a new GM 4L70E automatic transmission with a full polished pulley system, billet Corvette valve covers, polished heads and air conditioning.

With stainless headers and exhaust system, this rolling piece of art sits on a custom-built Art Morrison chassis with large front and rear sway bars, Wilwood polished 6-piston disc brakes and Schott billet wheels with red line tires.

The breathtaking body is finished in PPG High Metallic Silver on a laser-straight, concours-level body with many one-off fabrications, like the smooth firewall and engine bay.

It sports a ’58 Vette grille with a molded, power-lift hood.

The distressed red leather interior features power windows and touchscreen audio. The seats were moved back 3 inches. It also comes with a matching hardtop.
