Carlisle Events Chrysler Nationals

The 2015 Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, played host to a record-breaking 2,500 cars registered for the event. Perfect weather graced the event along with special guests and significant vehicles.

Tom Wopat, who stared as Luke Duke from the popular show the Dukes of Hazzard, joined a film accurate General Lee Dodge Charger and signed autographs for fans; the line to meet him stretching out the door of building T. Other special guests included the Ramchargers drag racing team, the Golden Commandos racing team, Herb McCandless and designer Virgil Exner, Jr.

Vehicle displays included the “Forward Look Reunion” featuring cars designed by Virgil Exner during 1955-1961, a Shelby reunion and a barn-found Plymouth Super Bird.

Dodge Neons celebrated their 20th anniversary at the event and Hell Cat thrill rides were available for show attendees.
